Move for Life Ballet: Multi-Dance – Central & Western, Saturday 10:00

Multi-Dance at Move for Life is a Little Movers class that prepares four- and five-year-olds for the older Move Monkeys programme. Children build core strength and flexibility, learn three or four dances a term and can show parents and friends what they have learned. It is for ages 4-5 and runs on Saturdays, 10:00-11:00, at MFL HQ, 111 Queen’s Road West, Sheung Wan. The autumn term runs from 5 Sep 2026 to 5 Dec 2026 (13 sessions), with no class on 26 Sep, and the term package costs HK$3,250. Guardians may stay in the lobby or simply drop children off; places are booked online through the Move for Life class schedule, and a trial class costs HK$250.
